What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, email, state, how you are accredited, and any message. Netlify, which runs the forms, also records your IP address and browser, and the form records the link or page that brought you here. Netlify screens submissions for spam with Akismet, an outside service.

How we use it

• To send Brownsville Fund announcements.
• To plan the fund, for example which state filings it will need.

We never sell or rent your information, and we share it only with the services that run this site and our email, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Every email has a way to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, see what we hold, or have it deleted, use the contact form.

Investor information

If you later invest, the fund's offering documents will explain how investor information, including what we collect to verify accredited status, is kept and protected.
